Our Favorite Product at CES 2023

Having a booth at CES can be akin to setting up a lemonade stand in Disneyland. Meaning, it can be very tough to stand out. In the case of the U SAFE rescue buoy, made by Portuguese company Noras, their product captivated audiences by focusing on a salient idea, saving lives. U SAFE is a remote-controlled rescue buoy that can quickly travel to people in distress providing them a true lifeline. By adopting and combining innovations in battery technology, AI, Bluetooth, water-proof brushless motors, and more, the U SAFE Buoy can reach speeds of just over 8 knots, travel up to 3.2 nautical miles, and tow up to 4 people at once. Stationed at high-risk areas or used by rescue teams, the capable and easy to use buoy can be thrown from anywhere reaching victims while limiting risk to rescuers.

U SAFE can be used as a rescue device by groups like: The Coast Guard, private vessels, military ships, cruise lines, competition boats, and coastal houses.

Feedback from professionals includes retired Navy, the US Coast Guard, professional lifeguards, rescue units, professional sailors, and engineers.
