When Juniper approached Anderson Creative to help streamline their B2B templates, it became clear that one size would not fit all. The organization had multiple groups with a variety of needs around email marketing and a traditional set of templates simply wouldn't suffice.
Using a more modular approach meant that teams could mix and match elements to create the email that best met their objectives. Design styles like logo size, typography, and visual styles were designed to present a consistent look and feel. A streamlined production process was also put in place making it easy to request, review, and approve email copy, design, and code. The modular system was also built with best practices in mind. As is often the case with B2B, 40-60% of the audience turns off their images and scan emails in 3 short seconds so design modules were build to work regardless if viewer's images were turned off. In addition, copywriting and CTAs followed efficient best practices.
